Beija-flor/ Hummingbird
In it’s direct translation, beija-flor links together two nouns—beija, which means ‘kisses’, and flor, which means ‘flower’—to create a word that describes the delicate way a hummingbird feeds on nectar.
Beijaflor Botanicals is a woman-owned and operated business that blossomed from a life-long love affair with the beauty of the natural world, in particular the relationship between pollinator and flower. Through continued observation and reverence, these passions have culminated in separate but complementary services: Floral Design, the Botanical Bar, and a small Flower Farm.

“Auna does AMAZING work! She brought my wedding vision to life in a difficult venue space and made everything work together perfectly! I could not have picked a better vendor to work with for both florals an our bar service. Our guests raved about the craft cocktails she made-and they were so beautiful!”

“Auna is such a delight to work with. She came into my life five months before the wedding….talk about a blessing in disguise! She totally got my vision for unique wedding flowers (a little moody and lush) and definitely delivered on the day of the wedding. She's easy and fun to work with and a calming presence when life is anything but :).
